Product: HP Pavilion x360 13-u010na (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For my laptop Model: 13-u010na Brought replacement battery model 844203-855. After installing battery is not detecting. My actual battery part no was 844203-850 (BI03XL). 

 

I have performed below test to solve this issue, but problem still persists.

1) Re installed battery driver.

2) Did BIOS upgrade

3) After detaching all PowerSource, hold power key for 1 mins.

 

Nothing is working to detect my new battery. I brough new HP genuine product. Please help me to solve this issue.

You have to use right part # for your machine.
