So suddenly today my Laptop won't bootup without AC power. i did a component check and this came up. Pleasetell me what does the failure id mean?

It appears that your battery has failed.
I suggest that you contact HP Technical Support concerning your battery.
Take a look at this advisory that might include your notebook. The serial number of your system will tell you if you system is included in this safety recall.
If you unit is not covered by this advisory you should be able to find additional information on how to replace your battery.
