I am looking for a replacement battery for my HP 15g069cl laptop, but seem to be getting conflicting information.
All the online resources cross reference my laptop model number to a 14.8 volt battery, but the battery that I took out of the laptop (the one that came with it) says it is an 11.1 volt battery
The battery says OA03 HSTNN-LB5Y 11.1 Volt battery. It says replace with HP Spare 746641-001 CT:6DXZTC3W6QB8L. Manufactured 2014/05.
My power supply adapter has an output of 19.5 volts
Can anyone help me determine what is the right battery for this laptop?

Hello @Fitz98
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
11.1V (=10.95V) and 14.8V (=14.6V) are the different voltages, they are not compatible !
If you use a battery with wrong voltage you will damage your notebook ! |
Please buy:
- 11.1V
- Capacity 31Wh
- Number of Cells 3 cells
