HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs2xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the time of purchasing laptop itself I have purchased 2 years additional warranty. So Total 1 + 2 = 3 years warranty.  In between my laptop battery was creating problem and HP hardware component check suggested to replace the battery and provided with option to raise a support case.

As my laptop is under the warranty and clearly it has mentioned it covers 1 time battery replacement , but support team and local authorized service center is denying the free battery replacement and saying that the battery will not be covered under warranty. I tried to explain them multiple times by showing the below images saying it is clearly mentioned in the hp website itself that for my warranty battery replacement is covered.

It's my  3rd  laptop from HP and now regretting for purchasing the laptop for 3rd time for this poor service.
