I also have exactly the same issue - the battery drains extremely fast. Upon running a diagnostics test on it, it shows that the battery's health is at 70%. I can barely get 2 hours of web browsing.

@avrliza, welcome to the forum.

 

What is the full model of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.
