Hi,

The laptop is owned by my daughter. On 16 January, the battery exploded in her face necessitating a visit to A&E.

The warranty has expired so we would like to know the possible options we can explore. Is it possible that the fire may have damaged internals and data. Everything else looks intact apart from battery area. image.jpgimage.jpg
