HP Recommended
Product: HP ElizeBook 850 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ran the HP Diagnostics and am receiving the following errors:

 

  Power -  Failed 9K5X3R-9MFBH2-MFGKHF-C0C803 - Primary Battery

  System [Q} - Failed - N/A for Failure ID and Description

  Battery - Failed 9KFX3R-9MFBH2-MFGKHF-C0C803 - Primary Batter

 

Can someone tell me what needs to be done to resolve this issue?  None of the Google searches that I have done refer to this failure code.
