OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R3AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I own a HP Omen 16 (model 16-xf0xxx) and I would like to limit the battery charge to 80% in order to preserve battery health and lifespan.

However, I could not find any option in the BIOS or in HP Support Assistant to do this. The only setting I see in the BIOS is "Battery Optimizer", but it does not seem to limit the maximum charge level — the battery still charges up to 100%.

My current BIOS version is F.26.

Is there any way to enable a "Battery Health Manager" or similar feature on the HP Omen series?
If not, is there a planned update to introduce this functionality in the future?

I would greatly appreciate your help.

Best regards,
YAHYA AFERDI
