I have a very quick question. I bought my Hp spectre x360 from Australia 4 months ago. However, I am currently in Thailand, it says that my laptop has a global warranty. Is it possible for me to get my laptop fixed in Thailand for free because it is still under the warranty?
How does Hp claim this laptop as premium when the battery did not even last me for 4 months and I do not even do any sort of gaming!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the battery.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support and they will be able to assist you in this regard. This is just a self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty service or equipment replacement issues. For these issues, you will need to contact Support directly.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
