Battery Issue

Hello, these days I have been having serious battery problems, things like it charges up to 100 and turns off easily in 5 minutes, at first I thought it was a system error, since sometimes when it charged to 67%, it suddenly showed 100% , that's why I decided to format my laptop and now I find myself reading comments from people with the same problem and the result is that the battery was always the cause.
I understand that it is the battery and that worries me a lot, but I would love to know how long I have had my computer, since I formatted it, any method of visualizing its first startup is useless, I can only ask here to find out its manufacturing date Thank you very much and sorry for so much text. If you need more information, do not hesitate to ask.

The model was released for sale in 2019 so yours is likely at least 3 years old which is about how long a battery can be expected to last. From your description it is virtually certain your battery needs replacement and we can help with that if you wish with a set of replacement instructions and links to places to buy a replacement battery.

My God, I will be infinitely grateful to you if you can help me with the process of getting one, I honestly don't know where to find one that is original and I'm afraid to buy one that will end up damaging my computer.
While I was waiting for your response, I was doing hardware tests with the "MyHP" application and the other components work perfectly. Do you/do you think that changing the battery can further extend the useful life of my laptop? Or is it a Better alternative to save a little more and change computers.
If you ask me, I am extremely happy with my current device (except for the battery), but I would like to hear a much more in-depth and expert opinion like yours. Thank you very much for answering so quickly and again sorry for my lack of brevity on the matter.

Batteries are not very expensive. Even if you have a technician do the replacement it will be a fraction the cost of a new laptop and will extend the life another at least 2 and possible 3 or 4 years by which time obsolescence will demand it be replaced anyway.

Thank you very much indeed. I have a question, the problem has been coming for 2 or 3 days but today it definitely does not charge and if I disconnect it, it turns off. Do you think I can continue using the connected PC while I change its battery? Honestly, I have no alternative since My work depends on my laptop but I would like to know what risks come with continuing to use it like this, and if you have any recommendations for using it like this, it would be great for me.

My problem is: I have a Hd 530 gpu, and I need to upgrade MXM card. I don't have heat cink for quadro gpu, but i have a slot for vga. This is a g3 workstation.If i buy a quadro M2000M gpu and 850148-001 heat sink this working for me? I don't have bios option now for gpu select. THis is automatic option when install a new GPU?
