I am having trouble with my battery as I have said earlier. It takes time upto 3-4 hrs to go 100% and now it closes sometimes in 70%. This message came after one such abrupt closing, when I was restarting my lptop plugged in. So should I go to the service centre or just replace the battery simply? I don't have any kind of warranty or care pack. please help, Its urgent.IMG_20190409_114824069.jpg

Hi,

You need to replace the battery as hardware diagnostics is detecting that the battery is failing.

The part number for the battery is 807957-001 and you can try searching online with the part number for an original or quality compatible battery

Example:

https://www.amazon.in/s?k=807957-001+laptop+battery&crid=38V9KH1887P2H&sprefix=807957-001%2Caps%2C19...
