I recently bought this laptop customized to below specs :
As per your advertisement it mentioned that laptop video playback time is 9 hours with HD panel . I am only using the laptop for browsing . No high end software running in background. And I am getting only 3-4 hours battery life.
Is this output is justified as per the claim made in you advertisement?
How much this laptop should be giving as battery backup?
