Hello there,

Please help me ASAP

Yesterday i encountered a problem with my laptop, It was not charging whatsoever. I was scared as he**, but it charged when the device was powered off, so i cant charge and use my laptop. I followed a couple of HP forums and one solution worked, reinstalling the ACPI COMPILANT DRIVER but today it has stopped working and i cant seem to fix it, please help ASAP cause my laptop will soon shutdown. Yes i am up to date and updated the drivers using HP Support Assistant.

I AM SERIOUS AND PLEASE HELP ME ALL MY HARD WORK IS IN HERE...

I would like to help

 

Please run a Battery Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality


- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Power > Battery
