My Battery check is giving this message 9AN5VF-7HC9LG-MFPV6K-C09R13 Please Provide me some suggessions.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
The battery check resulted in a failure ID which means the battery has failed and needs to be replaced. Please Contact HP in your region, they should be able to help you with a replacement battery.
