Hi,

Thank you for getting back.

My laptop is HP laptop 15 daootu.

I tried all the above and result that is same as shown by the @Akash, same issue.

Dears,

 

I have the same issue exactly , once I tested the battery with plugged in charger I have the same error message fuse blown,

once test with unplugged charger the test pass successfully,

please advise ,

noting my PC model pavilion x360 14-ba005ne

Please share the error code or the failure ID you have as it is a unique ID, and once we validate the 24 character ID is when we can tell you exactly what's wrong with the device,

Also, since the tests passed without the charger, please check with an alternate wall outlet and or another adapter to check if that works fine.
