How can I set the maximum battery charge to 80%?

Your machine is NOT a business class machine, that option is NOT available. Please use the following guide to keep battery healthy

I find that answer quite strange. I had a Lenovo before this which was also NOT a business class machine and I was able to set it at 80% quite easily.

Well, I know Lenovo, Dell, Acer ... have that but you are talking HP machine here.
