Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have a HP Notebook 14, the product number is 2LS22PA#AB4.

I used battery check application to check battery condition/status and it showed WEAK.

Hence, i plan to purchase a new battery. However, this app may have SW bug because there is a button CONTACT HP.

Click on it does not lead to opening any new web page for further info.

I have been trying to search in HP website, but cannot find what is the battery part number for this product.

Appreciate any kind soul can point me the link or how can i detect the battery model/part number for my HP Notebook 14 laptop (product number: 2LLS22PA#AB4).

 Thank you very much!
