My laptop will not power on. It is an HP Stream 14" Laptop, Intel Celeron N4120, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, Jet Black, Windows 11 Home, 14-cf2121wm. I disconnected all external peripherals. Unplugged power cable. Pressed the power button for 45 seconds. Reconnected the power cable. Pressed power button. Still will not power on. When power cable plugged in there is a white light. When I press the power button, the white light goes off. When I release the power button, the white light turns back on. However the laptop doesn't turn on. Screen is black.

Hi @KenaTolbert,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
We sincerely thank you for your patience and efforts.
I see you have tried the necessary steps to resolve the issue, since there is no noise from the computer case or fans, the lights on the computer do not turn on (including the keyboard lights), and the screen does not receive a video signal, your computer might not be receiving power.
To setup a repair online, go to HP Virtual Assistant. If this service is not available in your location, contact HP for further support.
If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
Regards,
