Alright, so i have been having some problems with my laptop where the battery does not charge up to 100%, rather it charges up to 50%-75% and then stops. I have tried the thing in device manager where you uninstall the drivers then reinstall them to no avail. I have run the battery check and the battery calibration through HP's UEFI diagnostic tool and have gotten the results shown in the attached picture. If anyone can reccomend me a solution it would be much appreciated!IMG_0177.jpg

@waraulston,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

Let's try these steps here:

I would suggest here is to run the Windows update troubleshooter.

Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.

Now try to perform Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to update the Bios on your computer either using this link or download it from  HP Support Assistant Updates -

1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Once done, restart the computer.

Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
