Hello
My notebook HP Pavilion 15-bc451la is not charching it shows a sign that says 'Connected and not loaded'
I ran the HP diagnosis an told me to change the battery.....
so which battery replacement do I need to get ?

Hello @Tavo779,
The HP Pavilion - 15-bc451la uses a Battery, 3 cell, 61 WH, 5.37 Ah with HP Spare Part number 849910-850.
You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store here. You may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.
