Hello, 

I need to replace my battery of my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cx0xxx.  The battery died 2 months ago, it no longer wants to be charged. I have tried many things as suggested here (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Need-replacement-battery-for-H...). However, I am attaching to this msg a picture, as you can see my battery have 3 live cells (4237 mv) and the fourth is completly dead (0mV).

I would like to change it but it is quite difficult to find one on the internet. Could you give me a place to bought a new one ?

Chapter 3 has the 4 cell battery part number.

 

4 cell    917724-856

 

Unfortunately, the battery you need is out of stock from HP.

I did find some non-HP batteries on eBay when I searched by the part number.
