Product: HP Notebook - 15-ba052wm

Hi. I need a replacement battery for my HP notebook. It currently does not have a battery.  In online stores the battery replacement number seems to be 807956-001. The HP Store no longer sells this battery, and I cannot seem to locate the correct battery choice. 

 

However for those numbers there are two options online, with different voltages 10.8V and 14.8V.  Which to choose? The  3-cell 10.8V or the  4-cell 14.8V option? Some online stores state that these are not compatible batteries, yet they share the exact same HP replacement number. 

 

I have run the HP support Assistant on the laptop. I have looked on the HP support online page for this notebook, but there are no links to buy a new battery from HP. The laptop is out of warranty, and the virtual assistant did not produce an answer. I want to give this laptop to my son, and it needs a safe battery. 

 

The laptop specifications are: 

HP Notebook Touch Screen 

Model number: 15-ba052wm

AMD A10-9600P

Radeon R5 Graphics
