I can't seem to find a battery replacement for my HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac023dx. I bought this in the states and am back in Canada now, but it should still be North America. The battery lives for 5 minutes before it dies when not plugged in. Anyone have this issue? Is it a hardware or do I replace the battery? I also can't find one to replace it with..

Is that using the HP hardware diagnostic tool? There are so many options I can run but not sure which is the right one to run
