Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dear Hp Community,

 

I have bought a Hp laptop with an extended warranty (HP Care Pack).

They are asking me for money for battery replacement. Are HP warranty is total fraud?

They are confusing me for N-CSR Battery Replace by saying it is only for Business Laptop.

 

Please help who is the genuine person to contact for this issue or How can I tackle this issue?
