Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I was browsing around to find a battery replacement for my Envy x360 laptop. Using the HP Support Assistant Virtual Agent leads me to the battery with the part name "807957-001", but whenever inputting in my product number in the part finder, no batteries show up. I'm not too sure if this battery is compatible with my model. If so, can I get a link to where I can buy a replacement for my model?

As long as you purchase the battery through the Amazon or eBay website you will have purchase protection.

 

That is an Amazon and eBay customer guarantee.

 

It isn't like the old days where we were taking a big chance with our money.
