HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0056TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to buy a replacement battery of my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0056TX.

I believe the battery part number is either TF03XL or HT03XL. I have not opened the laptop to check the battery model but online searches give these two part numbers.

I am unable to find either of the battery on the official HP site. The shop I purchased the laptop from too was unable to provide a genuine battery replacement.

I need some guidance to buy a genuine battery in India.

The specs of your machine is

                      https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06033263

it uses 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion prismatic part #  920070-856 which is N/A from HP

            https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=920070-856

You have to use part # to search around. You WON'T get a genuine battery for sure.

Regards.

Hey Banhein! what do you mean by "You WON'T get a genuine battery for sure". Do you mean that a genuine part won't be available online??

I needed a battery replacement BUT was not able to find it on any of the websites. I guess I will have to go to a physical service centre.
