Product: HP ProBook x360 440 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Care Pack(4 yrs) was purchased for my laptop, which is about to expire in 2 months. I wish to have my battery replaced therefore I called the customer support number but they are not giving a clear response to my problem ,even after registering a case. They are saying battery replacement is not included in the Care Pack and that the battery is not covered under the warranty. However on the official HP support page, N-CSR Battery replace is cited as one of the deliverables, which can be verified after entering my SN for the unit.  

I found this documentation for the same- link . I also qualify to get the replacement since all the conditions are satisfied in my case. I'm unable to understand what is happening here ,and why the support team is not helping me with the replacement.
