Battery Replacement

I am looking to replace my battery for my laptop but can not find one in the HP parts store or online. It has degraded to 54% of maximum capacity and can barely hold a charge. The AC adapter works but the battery is failing quickly as it was working about 10 days ago.

You are correct - HP does not sell this part number (916814-855)

The general computer series was sold all over the world in 2017 - and it does appear this part number is available in the USA, too.   For example, Walmart, NewEgg, Amazon, and other parts  houses (merchants)  list this part number. 

I have not checked inventories for you at any site.  I believe Merchant selection is something best done by the person making the purchase.  Another Expert might wish to suggest a specific site.
