HP Notebook - 14-af108ca (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been searching for battery replacement on my notebook as the current one doesn't take any charge and stays at 0%. While looking at the online manual for my notebook it lists under battery that there is a four cell option and a three cell option. Resulting in different voltages.

I currently have a three cell with 10.95volts 2670 mAh. HS03 HSTNN-LB6U.

The issue is these are harder to find and far more expensive compared to the four cell style. I am in Canada so the cheaper options I've found online don't ship to me from US. Can anyone confirm if I am able to use the four cell version with this notebook?

Thank you.

You should be able to buy from above link (HP Part store) or try

I believe you can use 4-cell product too

Regards.
