HP PAVILION - 15-CC178CL
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to order a battery for HP PAVILION - 15-CC178CL. My laptop's model number is  2DS94UA. I am not able to find it in the HP Store India. Also  when I ran  Hp battery check it always gives Results as Unknown for both basic information as well as advanced information. I reinstalled the Hp support Assistance as well. The battery failure happened right after I update my windows to version 2004. Would this cause a battery failure or is it just a false positive. I have tried updating my drivers, BIOS but to no avail.
