Product: OMEN by HP - 15-dc0024cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need a replacement battery for OMEN by HP - 15-dc0024cl? This laptop is out of warranty and HP Support Assistance diagnosed a battery failure but doesn't tell me how to find a replacement. Any instruction how to replace it would be really helpful.

Your OMEN by HP - 15-dc0024cl (4KU03UA) according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06117680 and: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=4KU03UA, requires this battery: HP p/n: L08855-855 ("Assembly-battery 3CELL 52Wh 4.55Ah LI SR03XL").

 

You can purchase a quality SR03XL replacement battery online, such as this example: https://www.amazon.com/BOWEIRUI-Replacement-15-CX0058WM-L08934-1B1-L08855-855/dp/B07SQW48HK/ref=sr_1....

Please make sure to open your laptop and look at the battery and see if it has the same SR03XL identifier.

 

I am mentioning this because there is a possibility that your old battery may be an SR04XL.

 

If that is the case, then you want this SR04XL battery, for example: Amazon.com: BOWEIRUI SR04XL SR03XL 917724-855 Laptop Battery for Hp Pavilion 15-CB0XX 15-CX0XX 15-CB....
