My Battery wasn't holding charge and my laptop used to turn off if removed the charger, so I ordered a new battery for my laptop from hp. The first replacement battery that came turned of to be faulty as even when connected laptop would say no battery detected. So hp service center ordered another battery but that turned out to be faulty as well, this battery would hold charge and run normally but it wouldn't start on its own after a shut down so i'd have to connect the adapter and start the laptop and then i could just remove the charger and use normally. So there was a problem with both replacement batteries so naturally we had to order a third battery but its been 1 month they still haven't ordered one. This is the worst service I've experienced. I paid so much for the battery and installation but this is treatment i get. I have to call daily and everytime they say you will get your approval for the third  battery in the next 24 hours, it's been one month like this. hp service is the worst even after buying such an expensive product
