My battery has deteriorated so that is does not hold much charge. The icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen will show that i have half of my battery power left yet it will just turn off becuase it has ran out of battery. I have ran tests and it says the condition of my battery is critical and needs replacing.
I have been looking online and have found batteries with the same part number (809989-421) however the voltage and mAh have been different does this matter?
the serial number for my laptop is 5CG3465XQ5 and the model number is 17-J053ea
on the battery is says 'replace with hp spare 710417-001
again i have found this onlne but has diffeent voltage and mAh are different. My current battery is 11.1V and 5225mAh
if someone could find me the link to the correct battery i need which i could buy online i would be very grateful.
Thanks

Iam unable to access the link, however please make sure you are buying the recommended battery having the part number 710416-001 and if it fulfills technical specifications it should be compatible.

what is the difference between the two spare parts? i have a pavilion 15 e055se laptop and the replacement battery recommended are both. i lost my battery a while back so i wouldnt be able to check which one i have. what's the difference between 62 and 47 Wh, and 2.20 Ah and 2.80 Ah.
i guess what im really asking is, what is Wh and what is Ah?
