Product: DV6-1355 DX Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been recieving an error Primary battery (Error 601).  When I try to test with the HP support it says the battery is unknown.

 

I believe this is the battery that you can remove from the laptop.  I tried to find what the battery replacement number is on HP but cannot find.

 

Can someone tell me where I can get a battery for a HP Pavilion Model DV6-1355DX Entertainment PC?
