Hi Community,
I am Jaydeep, I have a problem with my pc battery,
the battery is not charging more than 50% earlier it was stuck on 84 than 74 and again and again reduced and now it's 50%.
I want to replace my battery but my pc is out of warranty.
I visited the service center they told me to register a complaint online and then only they will repair, I don't know where to register for service as my pc is out warranty.
if anyone know where to register please let me know as the battery is inbuilt, I can't replace the battery by myself.
My Notebook model no: 15-au620tx
