My laptop Product Number:61G03AV is this. What is the Battery Warranty and how many years will I get? Please help me by answering.

the battery has the same warranty as the notebook, if you have a 1 year notebook warranty that is the warranty for the battery.

If I check the warranty Protal with the serial number, it shows that the warranty is valid until October 2025. If I buy the laptop in January 2023 from Bangladesh, will I get the warranty?

Probably yes, you should consult with HP if you have 2 years warranty is because you bought a warranty extension, but I don't know if the warranty extension also applies to the battery, this should consult with HP.
