I have an HP Pavilionx360-15-dq1071cl, product number: 16A11UA. A couple days ago, my computer battery exploded and started on fire. I was able to put it out with a fire extinguisher, but it was still a scary situation. Luckly I was home during the time, or it could have ended up being a lot worse. I feel like this shouldn't happen at all. It was working completely fine earlier that day. I also noticed this product was on recall. My warranty for this product expired, but is there anything that can be done for this?

We understand how concerning and distressing this experience must have been, particularly since the notebook had been operating normally prior to the event.
