My full charge capacity seems to be decreasing quite rapidly. Can I get some feedback on my battery health? I am hoping it can last one more year?

If the Notebook is almost 2 years old or more, then it is perfectly normal for the battery not to hold charge for longer time as it use to before. It is working as designed.

You can try updating the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers and then run a Battery Test from F2 Diagnostic

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Power > Battery
