Battery Swelling on HP Spectre

My laptops battery became quite swollen recently. 

The laptop warranty has expired, but the laptop is just over 2 years old.

Does HP replace defect batteries like this?  I've attached pictures.mages below.

Hi, you need to contact HP for know if It is possible, but if HP propose to you to send free the part it is the best option.

the HP agent has explained me  that because my computer is older than 900 days (2 1/2 years old), the options to send a spare part doesn't exist.

I have to take care by myself...

In effect it is expensive but it is the original HP battery.. You can find "compatible" battery chipper but you can have problems with this and this can not work correctly:
