Operating System: Chrome OS

My laptop has been on charge for 2-3 hours and has only declined in battery health. I have tried moving the charger to a different socket and to no success. It will not charge and I can't understand why. I ran diagnostics and it says my health is 88%, 274 cycle count and 465mA current. It also passed the charge test with 0.00% charged in 0 seconds. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful.
