Dear Everyone

Good day!

I have some issue on my HP Laptop - 15s-du2034tx.

 

Previously my laptop wont charge, it only indicates plugged in. The battery percentage is always 0 %. It immediately shutdowns once the plug is removed. 

 

What I have done was to replace the battery and thankfully it works. The laptop is now charging, however I observed that the percentage of the battery won't increase when the laptop is off, and I also observed that battery slowly drains even if it is in shutdown mode.

 

Can anyone help me?
