Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My product is hp notebook. When I start my notebook there is a warning " HP battery Alert                      BIOS has detected that the capacity of the internal battery has been reduced.......Please contact HP service"

 

What should I do now?

I see that you are facing battery-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
