Hp Pavilion AU003TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a pavilion au003tx. One day when I was using my laptop plugged in I heard a noise around the charger connected area in the laptop. So I unplugged my charger and the laptop went off abruptly. I tried to turn on but no response. then  i connected my charger and now it turned on. when I ran the battery and ac adapter diagnostic test both of them failed.

Battery test ends with a failure ID : GU0AJ4-87699T-MFPX6J-C0BC03

AC adapter test had no failur ID but it simply says failed. what can I do? .i have an extended warranty for 2 years but it seems that it does not include battery replacement. Please help me....

As per the failure code you have mentioned it looks like the battery is gone bad and you need to replace the battery.
