Product: Hp pavilion 15 au620tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using HP pavillion 15 au620tx laptop now it's battery life is 0% I have tried 2-3 compatible battery but it doesn't start but it starts on old battery I am frustrated because of this If anyone have solution of this problem please contact?
