I recently replaced my HP 15 AY503TX Model laptop battery to genuine HP battery bought from HP showroom. The old ones battery died very low backup after used for more than two years now. And the new ones after replaced I don't get the same battery backup before I used to have for 5 hours this time I get less than 3 hours when no softwares running background, updated windows, gave cmos setup with this battery,  cleared TRP in bios setup, after all the troubleshooting steps I did didn't work and then I contacted HP customer care them saying they cannot help me that has ran out of warranty such a poor service of HP. I never expected this kind of bad service from HP and the battery quality very bad, the battery should stay above 3 hours even when it is new. I'm really very disappointed of HP I never expected service to be so bad that even cannot help if the product is out of warranty. Doing battery calibration test is such a waste doesn't show exact details of battery running it only shows test passed that's all.
