iv bought a laptop of curries and everything is fine however I have this notification from hp support that my battery needs to be calibrated and when i do it on the app it just says it needs to be calibrated even though iv followed the steps of charging my battery and then running the tests. I even tried doing it manually and it said it was successful and my battery is healthy but when i logged in the hp support app still says it needs to be calibrated. This is really frustrating as iv had to get 3 replacement for this laptop and i really dont want to go through the process again as this one was perfect until this popped up.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting a pop up to calibrate the battery in HP support assistant.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp105501-106000/sp105832.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall the HP support assistant from the computer and then download and install it from the below link.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
