Hello,
For the past few days, I've been encountering battery problems with my laptop. The issue I'm experiencing is that battery charges up to 12 percent, rapidly jumps to 100 percent, and then quickly discharges, causing the laptop to shut down abruptly. I've already conducted hardware diagnostics tests, which indicate that both my battery and ac adapter are functioning properly. BIOS is up to date as well. Upon reviewing my battery report, I noticed that the design capacity is 41,050 mWh and the current full charge capacity has dropped to 20,604 mWh (it is still around 50% so I'm assuming a replacement isn't necessary?)
Could someone please offer assistance in resolving this issue?
Thank you.
