HP Notebook - 15s-du0110tu
Microsoft Windows 11

The battery of my laptop was replaced a year ago, but cannot charge to 100% . Its to 89% only. But I can use the laptop for more than 5 hours.

I tried to discharge the battery and  reinstalled the windows AP driver but no effect.

The HP support app says that I have to replace the battery. See attached screenshot.

I think its not normal to replace a battery after 1 year when its not abused.

What else can you advise me? Please help.

Regards,

Ok here are some screenshots. As you notice HP support app doesnt say anymore to replace the battery but to calibrate it. However the indicator doesnt come to 100% when I let the charger in for long time.
