Hello,

My HP Pavilion X360  convertible is 16 months old. Recently I am facing this battery issue in it. when the charger is plugged in during low battery the white light is lit up instead of orange/red ( white light lit up when the battery reaches above 90%) and also the charging symbol is shown but battery life is not increasing. when I tried to shut it down and charge it, it worked normally, but the moment I turn on my device, the charging indicator turns from orange/red to white.
