Hello HP Community,

I'm experiencing a recurring battery charging problem with my HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0053AX . Here are the details:

Issue:
- The battery port indication light blinks continuously (orange color)
- The battery doesn't charge when the power source is plugged in
- The charging level doesn't increase

Temporary fix:
- Reinstalling the BIOS update temporarily resolves the issue
- The laptop works normally after the BIOS update
- However, the problem reoccurs when I try to charge it again

What I've tried:
- Reinstalling the BIOS update multiple times (works temporarily but not a permanent solution)

Additional Information:
- Model: Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb0053AX 

I'm looking for a permanent solution to this charging issue. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or can suggest any troubleshooting steps beyond reinstalling the BIOS?
